Keeping the importance of industrial visits, K.R.C.H.E. had organized an educational visit for B.Com (H) IIyr. and final year students on 15th October,2016 .The aim of the visit was to make students aware with the industry practices and to increase practical awareness of various sectors. During the visit, students were given brief introduction through presentation about the history of plant. The presentation was further followed by the evolution of photovoltaic and home entertainment business, their journey so far to emerge out as a global technology. Various corporate videos were also shown to students. Further to this, they were taken to the manufacturing plant “Jewel Box” where in our students saw live manufacturing of CD Boxes. It was a great experience for every student to visit this company where they learnt about the products and services they produce and offer.


On 19th October, 2016, Department of Management of   Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education organized an industrial visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt.Ltd forBBA  First Year which is located in Rai, Sonepat , Haryana. The objective of this visit was to make students aware of probiotic drink, its manufacturing process and marketing strategy used by them. The students were accompanied by the Head of the Department Mr. Ajay Sharma and Assistant Professor Ms. Parul Gaba. Mr Adish gave brief overview about the Yakult focussing on the journey of Yakult since beginning, per day sale and its advantages. After that production process was shown to the student which was highly mechanized. Students asked many questions related to packaging, marketing, promotion etc. which were satisfactorily answered by Mr. Adish. The faculty as well as students were served with Yakult drink and biscuits. This memorable visit was captured in photographs. It was a very knowledgeable and interactive visit for the students.

 Visit to Book Fair

 The Department of Education of K.R.C.H.E has organized a visit to Book Fair on 11th January, 2017. Book Fair is a great event of attraction for the book lovers. National Book Fair is organized by the National Book Trust every year in Pragati Maidan. The main aim of  the book Fair is not only for sale of books but also display of books on different subjects. Many novice writers want to start their career from a book fair.

The importance of books is to bridge the gap across various socio-cultural; linguistics and religious diversities. There was a huge no. of books on various subjects in many stalls of different publishers. Twenty six students visited the book fair. It was a great pleasure to visit and explore the collection of books at various stalls in this fair.

The culture of India refers collectively to the thousands of distinct and unique cultures of all regions and communities present in India. It changes nearly after every fifty Kilometers. Languages, religions, dances, food, architecture and customs differ from place to place. The Indian culture often labeled as an amalgamation of several cultures, spans across the Indian subcontinent and has been influenced by a history. To make the students aware about the culture of Rajasthan, college had organized the visit to Chowki-Dhani on 3rd March, 2017. Students received the warm welcome from the members. Students were served with delicious breakfast and welcome drinks. Later the students enjoyed the rides, dance, puppet shows and various events arranged there. It was amazing experience for the students.  

Industrial Visit- NSIC

 A visit was organized to NSIC for students of BBA Final Year on 27th Jan 2017. NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation) is an ISO 9001-2008 certified Government of India enterprise under ministry of micro, small and medium enterprises. It has been working to fulfill its mission of promoting, aiding and fostering the growth of small industries.

Over a period of five decades of transition, growth and development, NSIC has proved its strength within the country and abroad by promoting modernization, up gradation of technology, quality consciousness, strengthening linkages with large medium enterprises and enhancing exports - projects and products from small enterprises.

Businesses of NSIC are equally influenced by the developments in the Indian Economy.  The phenomenal Indian growth story of which the MSMEs are an integral part, have also impacted NSIC. The Corporation has also contributed pro-actively in reaching out to the MSMEs while facilitating their requirements in areas of Marketing, Finance and Technology etc. 

We, therefore, as a college teaching business studies felt the need to encourage those young minds to become entrepreneurs and to give practical insight on how NSIC helps them as in order to generate a desire to become entrepreneur among the students. NSIC has devised a unique “Entrepreneurship Orientation Program” (EOP). The program is especially designed for the students who are still pursuing their studies in School/ Colleges/ Institutions and do not have any idea about Entrepreneurship.

Visit to Police Station

The BA (JMC) department organised police station visit on 27th February, 2017 for second semester students as a part of the course curriculum.  Students visited Narela police station with their faculty members Dr. Chetan Sharma, Mr. Yash Vats and Ms. Tanuja Sharma.

Under the able guidance of the Delhi Police sub inspector Mr. Karam Vir Singh, students visited various departments of this police station.

Mr. Karam Vir Singh also solved the quarries of students regarding of police proceedings.

The students asked questions about domestic violence, crime against women. Child abuse etc. and in answer Mr. Karam Vir Singh mentioned that the Police takes rapid action against these crimes.

It was a good opportunity for the students to have in-depth knowledge of the police proceedings.   



A one day picnic was organised to Worlds of Wonder, Noida on 4th March, 2017 for the 1st year students of Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. It was a wonderful trip for students as well as for faculty members. All of them enjoyed very much. Adventurous rides like Rockin Roller, Big Beat, Mega Disko, Roller Coaster thrilled the students to get fun out of it. Rain Dance and DJ beats was the main attraction which compelled the students to rock the floor, they also make them comfortable while boating. Students also played interesting fun games and won lots of prizes. Overall it was a wonderful trip and students enjoyed a lot.
