The Placement Cell of Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education is pleased to inform you that Genpact is hiring for Voice and Non-Voice Process Excellence Roles in Delhi NCR and Hyderabad for the 2021-2024 batch.

Role Highlights:

• CTC: ?2.5 LPA
• Eligibility: Fresh graduates from all disciplines
• Locations:
  • Delhi NCR – Voice Process
  • Hyderabad – Voice & Non-Voice Process

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally (via phone for Voice roles or chat for non-Voice roles).
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Deliver high-quality service while adhering to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Assessment & Application Details:

• Only students who clear the initial assessment will proceed further.
• The assessment is conducted daily.
• The last date to take the assessment is 5th February 2025.
